Q: Is it necessary for me to be in Guadalajara for all the months my treatment will take? A: Any or all the  stages previous to the actual GRS can be effected in your place of residence. A letter of certification from your sexologist or psychologist attesting that you have complied with adjustment therapy previous to your GRS is sufficient, as well as a treatment summary from your endocrinologist.   Q: I have been continuosly living as a woman for some years. Do I still have to see a psychologist or sexologist? A: Not necessarily-in selected cases a personal or even a telephone interview or written survey will suffice.
